Konnyaku is jelly made from devil's-tongue starch. Konnyaku and Seaweed include a lot of fiber, and clean our bowels. They are really good for your beautiful skin. There are many kinds of Konnyak in Japan. I use the konjac for salad when I make salads. Konnyak for salad is very thin, and very easy to cook. Just washing well. Seaweed is very simple to cook, too. I use dried seaweed. So just soaking it in water. Next. When you cook Lightly boiled chickin, you have to take a little bit more time. Slice the chicken and sprinkle salt. Then soak it for 20 minutes. Boil hot water in a pan. Cover chicken with dogtooth violet starch, and Boil the chicken for two minutes. Don't forget to prepare some boiled eggs.
