Rye Raisin Bread with a Pan

This bread is also very simple to make. You need just a bowl and a pan.

Ingredients: 200g Rye flour 2 tea spoon Brown sugar 2/1 tea spoonSalt 2 tea spoon Dry yeast 130ccWater 2 tea spoonOlive oil 70gRaisin

mix all the ingredients and  knead cloth in a bowl

First of all, mix all the ingredients and knead cloth in a bowl.

The dough is very hard to knead very well because of the rye flour, but you don't care about it. It will work well.

dough ferment and rise

Put it for 2 hours to make it dough ferment and rise.

Then round cloth and put it on a pan. After puting it for more 30 minutes, close the cap of a pan, and bake it over a low heat for 30 minutes.
