Graham Raisin Bread with a Pan
I wonder how it is wonderful if I have an oven or baking bread machine here in Bali. But now, it's OK though I don't have them. I found a way to bake a bread with a pan. This is also very simple to make. You need just a bowl and a pan.
Ingredients: Whole wheat flour 200g Brown sugar 2 of tea spoon Salt 2/1 of tea spoon Dry yeast 2 of tea spoon Water 130cc Olive oil 2 of tea spoon Raisin 100g
First of all, mix all the ingredients and knead cloth in a bowl.
Put it for 20-30 minutes to make it dough ferment and rise.
Then round cloth and put it on a pan. After puting it for more 20 minutes, close the cap of a pan, and bake it over a low heat for 30 minutes.
