I sauteed Kale and Egg with Shitake Mushroom and Japanese Radish. Kale is very good for health with lots of vitamin A and fibers, but the fragrance is strong and obstinate. It is easy to eat cutting thin. It's hard to cut with a nife, so you had better to use a Kitchen Scissors. Ingredients: Kale cut thin Shitake Mushroom sliced Japanese Radish sliced Egg Seasoning: Salt Black pepper
