This is a populer Okinawan dish of bitter melon stir-fried with pork, tofu and other vegetables.
Goya is bitter gourd. Champuru is an Okinawan stir-fry dish, usually containing vegetables. Goya is rich in vitamin C. It's very good for our health and beauty up, andtaste bitter. Remove seeds and the white part which holds its seeds with a spoon. To cut thin is important to eat tasty. And the next secret of cooking this is draining tofu well. Stir-fry the cut ingredients: pork goya egg tofu onion carrot The seasoning is salt and pepper. My favorite is using sesame oil for stir-fry, and adding ginger, red pepper, sesame and garlic.
