Dumpling with Potherb and Chicken

In Japan we usually use minced or grated potherbs called "yakumi" or "kayaku". This is a very tasty dish using lots of potherbs. Chop the following ingredients into fine pieces. Leek Chinese chives Ginger Garlic Cabbage Chicken Mix it with seasonings. Sesame Sesame oil Soy sauce Pepper Salt Wrap it in the skin of dumpling. Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a frying pan and grill them. Add some water and close the cap, and steam them until water disappears. Open the cap and bake a little more. Eat with soy sauce and vinegar.
