Teriyaki Chicken with sesame and garlic

Rub Teriyaki-sauce into the chicken and let sit at least 20 min. Heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic for about 1 min. Add leek and the chicken. Stir-fry for another minute. Add the Teriyaki-sauce and simmer until the sauce. Finely, putting some sesame oil is my favorite. It makes the dish savory. Teriyaki-sauce: soy sauce and mirin(or honey) and my favorite is also with ginger, garlic, and red pepper.
