Steamed mushrooms, broccoli, apple and chicken, with Tajine pan

Tajin is a Moroccan traditional pan. It features the cover of the chevron. Thermal efficiency is good and, with little water, can cook delicious steaming.

It is a little spicy with garlic and ginger and red pepper. The seasoning is salt and pepper. Simple and tasty. It is good with white wine.
