Steamed Mutton in the Earthen Pot

This is a dish using Cardamom and Allspice. Cardamon is very popular in India and The Near and Middle East. It has many Antioxidant materials and it is good for Digestion promotion effect, Anti-aging, Improvement of the immunity and so on. And a lot of vitamin B2 and iron content are included in the mutton. I made Mustard Honey sauce for this. Very tasty. Try it! Put some lettuce and sliced onion in the earthenware pot. Then put the mutton on it. Sprinkle Ginger, Garlic, Cardamom and Allspice. Close the cap of a pan and steam with low heat for 20 minutes. Sauce: Mix Mustard and Honey.
