This is a very traditional home dish in Japan. Very simple, healthy and tasty one. Boil spinach. When it become soft, put out and put into cold water quickly. Then squeeze it lightly and cut to small pieces. About 1 cm is good size. Mix with the sesome sauce. Sesome sauce: soy sauce 1 mirin 1 grind sesame 1
