I love grilled vegetables because of the condensed taste of the ingredients. Seasoning is very simple, too. Just salt, black pepper and olive oil. Sometimes such herbs as rosemary, sage or thyme are very good to grill with them. Cut the engredients and put them not to be piled up in the oven plate. Sprinkle salt, pepper and olive oil. When you want some aroma, put your favorite herbs on them. Bake it with an oven from 250 degrees to 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Ingredients: Tomato, Zucchini, Onion, Paprika, Green pepper, tofu
