Daikon is Japanese Radish. It is one of the nutritious root-vegetables featured in both salads as well as in main recipes. It is a good source of vitamin C and one of a very low calorie root vegetable. Let's eat daikon with raw as a salad today. Cut a fresh daikon very thin. Mix with sesame paste and sesame.
