Salad of Vinegared Cucumber

The cucumber includes a lot of water and it has an effect to our body temperature lower. But in the same time, it destroys vitamin C. How can we protect the vitamin C? It can be settled by cooking it with vinegar. This is the dish that it is the easiest, and is effective. Try it. 1) Slice the Cucumber. 2) Soak dried Wakame in water for 15 minutes and squeeze it lightly by hand. 3) Make the vineger seasoning: vineger : salt : honey or brown sugar = 2 : 1 : 1 Mix all ingredients. Sliced ginger is a good accent.
