Another style of Goya Champuru using only vegetables. Stir-fry Goya and Tofu with finely chopped leek, ginger and garlic. Seasoning is salt and pepper. Finally add the sesame and sesame oil. It is a simple and tasty menu. And it is very good for your health especially in the hot season.
