Nimono of bell pepper

Stir-fry bell pepper which is sliced until it become soft. Add following seasoning: soy sauce mirin (or brown sugar) It's very simple. If you like, topping katsuo-bushi (a piece of dried bonito) is very good. When I was a student, my mother made a lunch box for lunch everyday and I had taken it. She used to make this, and I love it. Very tasty. Let's try it.
