Pineapple, Apple and Ginger Jam

I wrote a recipe of pineapple jam on my Indonesian cooking book, this time I add Apple and Ginger. Shred pineapple, apple, and ginger. Mix them with palm sugar and cinnamon powder and let sit for at least 2 hours. 1night is better. Simmer for 20 minutes. I think that this is the most easy way to make jam.
