Japanese eat root vegetables in various way. One of the most populer one is this Kimpira. It is tasty and very good for the beautiful skin. Enjoy the root vegetables. Gobo (burdock root): Slicing very thin like a bamboo leaf. Then soak it in vinegar water for a while. And drain. Carrot: Also slicing very thin like a bamboo leaf. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, stir-fry them until they become soft, then add soy sorce and mirin (or brown suger). Add sesame last of all.
