Sunomono of the vinegared dish of cucumber and wakame

Sunomono is a populer Japanese dish. It is a style of cooking that uses vinegar. Slice the cucumber thin. Add salt and put it for several minutes. And squeeze it. When you use dried wakame, soak it in water. When you use wakame preserved in salt, soak it in water, too. (to pull salt) And squeeze it lightly. Dress them with Sanbaizu.

Sliced ginger and red pepper are good accents. Sanbaizu: blended vinegar. rice vinegar 3 soy sauce 1 sugar 1 When I use sugar, I usually choose brown sugar or honey. I do not use refined white sugar. Brown sugar is much better for your beauty and health, and tasty. If you use refined white sugar, try to change it to brown sugar.
