Mushrooms wrapped up in foil and grilled

Japanese enjoy various kind of mushrooms; Enoki, Shiitake, Maitake, Shimeji, Hiratake, Elingi and etc. This is really simple and tasty to enjoy those mushrooms fully. Put sliced onion and the mushrooms on the center of the foil. Add a little bit of soy sauce and olive oil. If there are some carrots, you can also enjoy the color of the dishes. And if you want, salmon or some fish is very good for this dish. When you add the fish, pepper and lemon are good accents. Wrap and grill it.
