Konnyaku is jelly made from devil's-tongue starch. It is very general ingredients in Japan. Konnyaku is extremely low in calorie and rich in dietary fiber, so that it is popular as a healthy food. This dish, Dengaku is a standard recipe in Japan. Very simple and healthy. Just boil it. And eat with Miso sauce. My miso sauce recipe is belaw. Awase miso Sesami Mirin or honey a little bit of sesami oil Mix them and boil.
