Many Japanese people like dumpling.

Usually they bake it in oil.

But my favorite is boil or steam. Much more healthy. And I love the unique texture with smoothness and elasticity.

This is my favorite style to cook dumpling with a lot of leek.

It's very simple and easy. Let's try it.

dumpling skin

Chop them into fine pieces:

shrimp

pork

leek

ginger

[soup]

leek

water

salt

pepper

sesame oil

starch (thicken the broth)
